The BakeAway is an approachable four-week virtual baking class for home bakers hosted by Joy the Baker.
At the Bakehouse, we welcome people from all over the world to learn new skills and get their hands dirty in the name of baking. Since we can’t gather as usual this year, we’re bringing the Bakehouse to you, virtually, with an intimate baking class series for bakers of all abilities.
Each week, attendees will gather virtually to learn a new baking skill and practice it with Joy’s guidance. From decorative homemade pie crusts to intricate cake decorating techniques, we’ll cover the tough stuff you’re intimidated by and make it approachable. Bust out the stand mixer and flour and let’s get baking!
